CJ Workflow

Internal tools for CJ Financial.

Staff

Open jobs by stage, overdue work, time by client, compliance deadlines.

Add clients, contacts, and staff assignments.

🤝Client Contacts

People at client businesses — not staff. Portal access and deactivation only.

Track potential new clients across all three entities — Owner only.

Manage job templates and the ordered tasks each one consists of.

Personal and shared team mailbox.

📚Knowledge Base

Reference material and SOPs.

Who they are, login, role, qualifications — deactivate/reactivate access.

Payroll run history, and per-staff pay rate — Owner only.

Staff cash advances repaid via wage deduction — Owner only.

🧾Expense Claims

Submit an expense claim, manage settlement accounts, and (approvers only) review claims waiting on you.

🏷️Expense Types

Manage the expense-type list offered when filing a claim — Owner only.

🎓Skill Progression

Two career tracks, quiz-gated — Bookkeeping and Accounting, each Junior → mid → Senior.

Review new-client data parsed from PMB emails — fallback for when the PMB webhook doesn't fire.

Your own profile — including a salary advance balance, if you have one.

Client-facing

🔑Client Portal

Milestones, task requests, meeting booking — requires a client contact's magic-link login.

Not for staff login — this is what clients see, useful here mainly for previewing/testing.
