Who they are, login, role, and career-model fields. Deactivating revokes login immediately but keeps history intact — reactivate any time. There is no delete here by design; a genuine data-erasure request is handled as a separate, manual, one-off action outside this screen. Client contacts, pay runs, advances, and the role list each have their own section now — see the links on a staff member's page, or Staff Roles under Admin.

Reflects training/credentials, e.g. "Senior Accountant-qualified" — independent of the work focus and partner fields below (someone can be accountant-qualified but focus on bookkeeping-type work, or be a partner, with no bearing on this).
Only the Owner can change partner status.
Lower number is paid first when payroll runs. Staff default to 0; if funds are short, whoever has the highest number here is the one whose payment automatically waits and retries the next day — everyone else needs immediate attention instead.
Only the Owner can change payment priority.
Real credentials (e.g. CPA, CA, Cert IV Bookkeeping, Registered BAS Agent) — separate from the qualification level above, since one person can hold several of these over time.
Extends what this person can reach beyond their normal staff access — layered on top of the Owner/partner convention, never a replacement for it. Owner and partners already have every page below; this is for everyone else.
